No. There are only three ways in: file upload, email forwarding (to pick@), and paste. Chat-tool integrations are not offered at this time.

No. It does not remind you of schedules or tasks. The only mail Cairn sends on its own is a weekly report when unreviewed candidates exist (at most one a week), and a later “How did it turn out?” check on decisions you made.

No. It does not write, summarize, or store minutes. It extracts only the decisions from the documents you hand over, and the originals are deleted after review or 14 days.

We do not draw the line by job title. Cairn is for high-caliber professionals entrusted with the heavy decisions that get revisited later: founders, business owners, product managers, consultants.

The conversation itself can happen with any AI. What cannot be substituted is the accumulation. Every decision is kept in the same shape (what you weighed, what you compared, what you decided, and why), lined up by date, with the outcome added later. Only with that shape in place can a past decision be called up beside the one in front of you. You could keep your books in a spreadsheet, yet you use accounting software: the value of the tool is not where you can write, but where uniform records accumulate. In Cairn the accumulation also flows back into the dialogue: pointer types you marked as sharp are favoured in your next consultation, and each decision is followed up later with “How did it turn out?”. The more you use it, the better the observations fit you.

Yes. Every edit is kept as a version; nothing is erased by overwriting. The only immutable part is the field that preserves your gut feel at the moment of decision. Outcomes are added later as a follow-up, and you can delete a record at any time.
